Borrower Appreciation Night 2018
Here are the numbers: 150 guests. Four nonprofits. A hard money lender. Countless good conversations. Unlimited food and beverages. And one amazing night.
On Saturday, September 22, Rain City Capital celebrated its third annual Borrower Appreciation Night atop the Bank of America Building at Daniel’s Broiler in Bellevue. We had a great time celebrating real and lasting mutual success with our borrowers, partners, and employees.
About an hour in, Fred introduced each of this year’s $100 Mission partners: Escape to Peace, Washington Kids in Transition, Michelle’s Love, and The Austen Everett Foundation, who then spoke about their organizations and how Rain City’s partnership helped them to achieve their goals. After their heartfelt presentations, Rain City held a lottery and surprise auction in support of our $100 Mission partners.
Here’s another great number: we raised an additional $21,900 for these four charities—all in one night!
Thank you to all attendees—especially to anyone who bought a raffle ticket or bid on a night of fine wine with Fred and Buster! We’re awed by your generosity.
