The market crash of 2008 killed both traditional and hard money lenders. Rain City was created in 2009 to do better.

Now, with years of experience and thousands of deals under our belt, we’ve got the means to help you get stuff done. And because we remember what happened in 2008, it’s never going to be about a quick buck. Our goal is to keep it simple, lend with integrity, and succeed alongside our borrowers, or as we like to say, “Make it Rain City.”
